What is The Process for Becoming LIC Agent?

Eligibility Checklist for LIC Agent –
- You must have a 10th-grade passed certificate.
- You must be above 18 age to apply for the LIC agent test.
- You must clear a simple interview conducted by The Ajay Gupta Team
- You must complete the IRDAI mandated Training.
- You must clear the IC38 Examination Provided by IRDAI
Submit Application for LIC Agency
To become a LIC agent, you have to fill out the application form provided by either the nearest LIC branch or you can download it from here & submit it to the nearby LIC branch or our team by contacting us.

Complete Your Documentation for LIC Agency Application
Below is the list of documents required to Apply for LIC Agency –
- 10th Grade Mark Sheet
- Certificate of Highest Qualification achieved.
- PAN Card
- Adhar Card
- Local Address proof
- 6 Passport Sized Color Photos.
- Cancelled Cheque

Complete IC38 IRDAI Training
After successfully submitting your application, you have to attend mandatory training provided by IRDAI i.e., IC38. The purpose of this training is to equip LIC applicants with the necessary knowledge about the Insurance industry.

Clear IC 38 Examination, Become LIC Agent
You’ll have to clear the IC38 examination either online or offline mode. The examination is based on the IC 38 training provided to you for 25 weeks. This is a mandatory examination you’ve to clear to get LIC agent license.
What If I fail the IC38 Examination?
If you fail in IC38 examination, you can re-attempt the exam with a nominal fee of ₹500. There is no limit on the reattempts. But, for each re-attempts, you have to bear the registration fee. Get Official LIC Agent License
